  1. Selection of filter media. Filter media selection of anthracite and quartz sand, selection of such a gradation of filter media, because the particle size is small and added to the operating resistance, in the case of incomplete backwashing is very easy to attack the phenomenon of slate filter media.
  2. Backwash strength. Backwash strength = backwash water (L)/filter area (m2) × flushing time (s). Backwash strength requirements can not exceed the upper layer of filter media (anthracite) promised flushing strength, but also to ensure that the grass-roots quartz sand to meet the backwash moment in order to flush clean, too large and easy to run, too small backwash is not complete.
  3. Filter head. Because the plastic material chosen for the filter head, the strength is not good, resulting in its damage, thus causing the loss of filter material.

  4. Filter media slate, running material severe, poor filtration, stainless steel self-cleaning filter every 6 months to 1 year must be replaced by a filter media, and the water quality fluctuations, oil removal effect is not good.

      5. Filter specifications do not match the volume of treated water. The filter is equipped with water pumps, filter materials and ultraviolet sterilizers at the factory, and the filter size and pump flow and head directly determine the treatment effect. If overloaded overtime operation, the water pump motor and so on will appear to burn the machine.
